I am no babe-in-the-woods when it comes to horror books and novels, but this takes the cake. You should know this history to help understand the rest of the book. Where was this book when our first child started public school? It is full of great ideas. Also IBD claims its IBD 50 has far better performance than index: did they account for whipsaws caused by 3 market statuses or simply compare IBD 50 with indexes in some years without re-positioning?
