Jerry Schaufeld's book provides the tools needed to make this decision, regardless of the size of your company or industry. This work does exactly that - it leads you from the sole idea to fully developed business mindset. Why? Because, according to that class, learning how to make that transition might be too much of a character change for the founder of a company. Considering the amount of non-age-appropriate content (from deviant sexual behavior to simply stunning amounts of violence) as well as the sheer density of the text, I would change that to the 10-16 age group. The narrative (except for bad copy editing issues) is very clear and to the point, and the entire mess is made remarkably easy to understand. I only heard of the "open view" of God a little while ago. helpful in my real estate class. Using a carved pumpkin to illustrate how God "cleans" us is a simple and effective way to make the concept really stick with kids. It has opened my heart, my mind and my soul. Rather than do this, I suggest parents read the book through with the lights on, then turn off the lights and give their child a flashlight to play with the glow-in-the-dark feature.Overall Rating: Excellent.
