I didn't feel the connection.. The book, liketheir work, is beautiful and refined, although I findmyself wanting to know and see more of it.. The very first page or so is designed to give the reader very little idea of what’s happening, and it almost lost me. The writing is eloquent and poetic, the descriptions vividan excellent reminder of what good writing looks like. What a wonderful way to organize a book! Most life stories are organized around major life events.
