It will open doors to all possibilities with tremendous integrity and wisdom. I kept my mind open and following what I preached said yes, and discovered a wonderful investigative journalist in Michael Moore.I made a 180 degree turn around when I realized that he took the time and effort to dig for information and present it to the public with a 'tongue in cheek' twist in what seemed to be a factual presentation. I am still going to give it to him but it looks like something I bought at a tag sale or a thrift shop.. While this inevitably leads to a bit of jumping around, with the same event brought up more than once in different chapters, it will be appreciated by those interested strictly in a particular subject, since tNuclear properties, decay, structure and reactions are covered initially, followed by discussions of nuclear forces, B-decay, and elementary particles and their interactions. A unique balance of particle and nuclear physics is presented in this outstanding introduction to the field. Many illustrations supplement this excellent text.
